Planning consent and sale secured for Best-in-Class care home in Fleet, Hampshire

The acquisition was facilitated through Christie & Co. Oakland Care plans to complete construction of the home by 2027. This new care home will be integral to Oakland Care’s innovative strategy of creating all electric, net-zero, BREEAM-accredited facilities, setting a new benchmark for sustainable senior living.
