Regeneration

TRANSFORMING COMPLEX DERELICT AND CONTAMINATED SITES DEMANDS EXPERIENCE AND TEAMWORK. FRONTIER HAS WHAT IT TAKES.

Several of our Frontier's schemes have been a major catalyst for regeneration including the
decontamination and comprehensive redevelopment of the long-derelict Mirror print works in Watford and the
demolition and regeneration of the massive GE Lighting depot in Enfield.

Frontier’s wide ranging experience of difficult sites includes the controlled filling and development of a 20 acre
chalk quarry in Essex, the remediation of the 95 acre Imperial Metals site in Birmingham and the capping and
reuse of a former rubbish tip in Milton Keynes.

We have experience of multi-storey development on constrained town centre sites. New-build developments
include Landmark Place in Slough and the 10-14 storey Hub in Milton Keynes. We have also completed
comprehensive refurbishments at St Philips Place and Temple Point in Birmingham.
